By using Fairy Focus, you agree to these terms. Fairy Focus transforms your photos into artistic styles using AI technology.
1. The Service
Fairy Focus uses AI (OpenAI DALL-E 3 and Replicate Flux) to transform your photos into 40+ artistic styles. You buy credits, upload a photo, choose a style, and get your transformed image. Each transformation uses 1 credit.
2. Your Account
You must be 13+ years old (under 18 needs parental consent)
Provide accurate information when signing up
Keep your account secure
You're responsible for all activity on your account
3. Credits & Payment
Credits never expire but are non-refundable
Packages range from 10-200 credits ($9-$69)
Payment processed securely via DodoPayments
We may change prices with 30 days notice
4. What You Can't Do
Upload illegal, harmful, or explicit content
Upload images of minors or nudity
Try to hack or abuse the service
Share your account or transfer credits
Use for bulk/automated processing without permission
5. Your Content & Rights
You own your uploaded photos and generated images
You can use generated images for personal or commercial purposes
You give us permission to process your images to provide the service
Make sure you have rights to upload any photos
6. AI & Service Disclaimers
AI results vary - we don't guarantee specific outcomes
Service provided "as is" without warranties
We're not responsible for AI model performance
Service may have downtime for maintenance
We can terminate accounts that violate these terms
